Upgrade Motoring Insulators - For Mikuni 40 PHH and 44 PHH Performance Carburetors with Mikuni Intake Manifolds. White. Pair. Version 4 with improved sealing capabilities. Part Number #Z70/050-R-WHI.V4 Includes two insulators and four o-rings. Insulators are ~1/4 inch thick. Center bore diameter is 44mm. Center stud hole to center stud hole spacing is 72mm. New Version 4 offers improved sealing capabilities. Precise CNC Machined - Made in the USA. Material is a thermoplastic polymer that is resistant to lubricants, solvents, gasoline and gasohol. O-Rings Temperature Range -20 to 400F (-29 to 204C). This Item is a Superior Quality Replacement for the Discontinued Mikuni Insulator Part #Z70/050. Uses Mikuni O-ring #Z70/075 or replacement alternative Z70/075-R. One pair of insulators required per carburetor. Also Fits Some Mikuni / Solex PHH OEM Carburetor Applications. For Solex OEM applications, Please compare images and measurements to your application for confirmation, prior to ordering. Also available in Black.

For use on Mikuni Intake Manifolds or equivalent. The carburetor mounting flange of the intake manifold needs to have a minimum radius of 33mm from center to accommodate the Oring. If your manifold has a smaller flange area, please see our universal alternative Z70/050-R-BLK.UNI or Z70/050-R.WHI.UNI. The Upgrade Motoring Universal Insulators fit Weber, TWM, Cannon, HKS, Kameari, Pierce and other Aftermarket Intake Manifolds. Please see part numbers Z70/050-R-BLK.UNI or Z70/050-R.WHI.UNI for more information. Our Universal Insulators will also fit on Mikuni Intake manifolds.

We now offer a Soft Mount type thicker O-Ring set for our Upgrade Motoring Insulators. Part#Z70/050-R-SM. The thicker Soft Mount O-Rings helps reduce high rev vibrations. The Soft Mount O-Ring set includes four thicker center o-rings and eight outer o-rings. One set required per carburetor. Sold by the set or as an Upgrade with our Upgrade Motoring Insulators.
