This Genuine Mikuni gaskets rebuild kit is for the Aftermarket Mikuni PHH Performance Carburetor referenced in the exploded view image. The main difference between Mikuni Performance Aftermarket Carburetors and Mikuni Solex OEM carburetors is the Float Chamber Cover. The Float Chamber Cover is item #17, the Float Chamber Cover Gasket is item #18, in the exploded view. Please be sure your Float Chamber Cover Gasket matches the gasket pictured. To identify the size of Mikuni PHH Carburetor, the Throttle Plate(Valve) of a 44PHH will be stamped 175. A 40PHH will be stamped 165. Please confirm your Mikuni PHH carburetor type, size and match the items pictured, prior to ordering. Mikuni does not offer a specific rebuild kit for the Mikuni Solex OEM applications. Some items do cross over, please refer to diagram and pictures. Note: the Z70-1040 gasket kit does not include the Pump Diaphragm (Part #N107.030), sold separately or available with kit part#Z70-1040+PD/FE.

Note: Also fits Mikuni/Solex Type T 40mm Carburetor application. This was a OE Toyota carburetor commonly found on 18RG and 2TC/3TC applications. The Jet Chamber Cover Gasket and Float Adjuster Gasket are Not included in this kit. They are discontinued and are no longer available. Please compare items included in this kit to your application for confirmation, prior to ordering.
